Synopsis
The idea for this dance arose after being inspired by the Dadak Merak dance from Reog Ponorogo. Of all the dances that have emerged, the Merak dance is one of the most famous and internationally recognized dance choreography. It is therefore not surprising that choreographers are inspired and recreate this dance, with the concept and movements closely related to the traditional Merak dance.
